Does anyone have ideas for finding viens to get lines in. Mine have all disappeared and I went through hell today.Sad

Hi Jean

Sorry it was misrable today- did they get any out in the end?

My veins are small and disappear.

Things to try on the day:

1) Drink lots before hand
2) Keep arms and hands WARM
3) Drink coffee or tea.
4) Unless a fasting test eat well
5) get your pain as well controlled as possible

There is someone I know who had to have a surgical proceedure to put in a permanent line in the end it was such a problem.
